Ayres Rewards is a points program that rewards you for being a valued and frequent guest of the Ayres Hotels! Ayres Rewards allows you to earn points at any of our locations, and these points can be redeemed for an exciting choice of reward options.
It’s easy and free to become a part of this amazing program. Simply visit rewards.ayreshotels.com and click on “I’m New to Rewards.” Enter your name and email address and voila! You are now on your way to racking up free nights and more at any of our gorgeous hotels.
Ayres Rewards offers members incomparable benefits including:

  • Variety: Members can choose to redeem points for free nights, gift cards to a variety of retailers and restaurants, and more.
  • Fast and Flexible: Earn 5 points per dollar spent on eligible room nights and free nights add up fast. There are no blackout dates and points never expire.
Members can earn Ayres Rewards points easily by staying at any of the Ayres Hotels of Southern California locations. All you need is an email address to sign up and points are automatically awarded to your account after your eligible stay.
An eligible stay is a room booked directly through Ayres Hotels. This means rooms booked through third party agents like Expedia and Priceline are not eligible for points. There are some situations where direct bookings may not earn points (example: some discounted rates, some negotiated corporate rates). Please refer to our Terms for more details.
The number of points earned per stay will vary. While you will always earn 5 points for every dollar spent on eligible room rates, each hotel may have different room rates, which means the points members earn will vary by location. For example, a one night stay at a $100 room rate will earn you 500 points (5 points x $100 x 1 night) while a two night stay at a $250 room rate will earn 2500 points (5 points x $250 x 2 nights).
At this time, points are only awarded on eligible room rates but we are constantly revisiting and revamping our program and may offer this perk in the future.
Why yes! If you personally take care of the charges for the room reservation, the points are all yours. Just ensure the email associated with your Ayres Rewards account is used when making the reservation. Make sure you inform the person staying that he/she should confirm the Ayres Rewards email is recorded with his/her reservation. Rewards points will only be awarded to the person whose email address is attached to the reservation.
We are pleased to offer our members a wide variety of items to redeem with their Ayres Rewards points, including free nights at Ayres Hotels and a number of hotels in the Hawaiian Islands (managed by Aqua Hospitality), gift cards to a variety of retailers and restaurants, and more. We will be constantly adding new things to our redemption rewards menu.
Just as with varying room rates for each hotel, redemption rates will also vary by hotel. Redemption rates may increase or decrease depending on slow periods or times of demand. It may take more points to redeem during a busy season but Ayres Rewards offers no blackout dates.
A member can easily redeem his/her points by logging into his/her profile at rewards.ayreshotels.com and either requesting a stay or choosing the item he/she would like to redeem. It’s really THAT simple. You can also call Member Services at 855-50-AYRES (855-502-9737) during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) and our helpful team will happily assist! For room reservations, guests must redeem at least 48 hours prior to desired check-in date.
Ayres Rewards points can only be redeemed for free nights or items offered on our redemption rewards menu and have no cash value.
Your Ayres Rewards account must have enough points to cover the entire requested redemption stay. We are unable to use partial points for a redemption stay.
No. If you have sufficient points to cover each night, you can book as many free nights as you would like.
Simplicity is the name of the game with this question. Members can easily contact Member Services to make changes or cancellations for any Ayres Hotel location. Changes or cancellations to Hawaii redemptions MUST be made seven days prior to scheduled arrival, though, or points will be forfeited. Email us at rewards@ayreshotels.com or call 855-50-AYRES (855-502-9737) and we will happily assist.
Members can book up to two eligible rooms for the dates and earn points on both of them. In order to receive points, the member will also need to pay for both of the eligible rooms.
Ayres Rewards points will only be awarded to guests who sign up for the program before they check out of the hotel and provide that registered email address to the Front Desk prior to check out.
Your email address is all you need. This will be your Ayres Rewards ID. Always ensure you use this email address when making reservations.
Our Front Desk and Call Center team members will be able to see points balance and total number of eligible stays credited to your account. Changes or updates cannot be made by these team members.
Our Front Desk and Call Center team members will be able to see points balance, points awarded in the last 30 days and points redeemed in the last 30 days. Changes or updates cannot be made by these team members.
Ayres Rewards members can see points balance at any time by logging in to their account at rewards.ayreshotels.com.
If you do not see appropriate points awarded to your account within seven days, please contact Member Services at rewards@ayreshotels.com or call us at 855-50AYRES (855-502-9737). We will get to the bottom of it!
